our story
Thank you for taking the time to visit The Good Stuffed Food Truck. Our Goal is to provide Excellent Food and Service to you, The Customer.
The Good Stuffed was formed by Roger and Angela LeJeune who have been residents of the Northshore since 2002. Angela has a degree in Social Work from Southeastern Louisiana University and works in her field. Roger has been in Sales and Customer Service for the last 35 years. The last 20 years were in the Automotive Industry here on the Northshore. We decided it was time for a change, and there is no bigger change than starting our own business.
One of the many great things about growing up in South Louisiana is the food. So much of our culture is based on food. It can be crawfish boils, a cochon de lait, red beans and rice just to name a few. We are hoping to add “Beau’s Burrito” to that list.
While at work every day, sometime between 10:30 and Noon somebody asks “Hey, what are we doing for lunch?” We all have our go to restaurants, where we all have at least one or two items that we love. But then, we have to drive there. None of us have time for Traffic. What if, that place could come to you? The Good Stuffed was founded on that Concept.
The Northshore has a large number of opportunities that could benefit from The Good Stuffed. We would love the opportunity to bring our Mix of South La Cuisine to you.
This Journey begins with Angela, Roger, our good friend Chad, our Family, and a Blue Gorilla name Beau. We have one truck, great food, and a vision. You can help us grow from one truck to a fleet specifically to cater to the Northshore and Beyond. Thanks again and we look forward to serving you
